How it works

From idea to post in three steps

  1. Write once

Draft the caption, attach images or video, and insert the hashtags and text your team keeps at hand.

  2. Choose destinations

Pick the Pages and accounts it goes to, and adjust the caption or settings for each channel.

  3. Publish or schedule

Post now or at a set time, then follow how it did on each destination.

Features

Draft, publish or schedule

Work as a team

Internal comments, activity history and notifications, all in one place.

Reply to your audience as the brand

Read and answer comments on Facebook and Instagram posts from PostOcto. Replies go out as the brand’s Page or account, never a member’s personal account.

Public API and MCP

Let your systems or an AI agent create video posts, check their status and reply to comments with API keys whose permissions you set.

Platforms

Works with the platforms your team already uses

An administrator connects the brand’s Pages and accounts, and members of the team post to them. Every post goes out as the brand’s Page or account.

Facebook Pages

Post text, images, video and Reels to a Page, with automatic comments and post statistics.

Instagram

Post images, video, Reels and Stories to an Instagram professional account linked to a Page.

TikTok

Post video or photos, or send them to the TikTok inbox, with the privacy level chosen by the person posting every time.

YouTube

Upload video to a YouTube channel with its title, category and visibility set every time.

The TikTok and YouTube connections are under review by those providers. Until they are approved, posts there may be visible to the account owner only.

Security and data

How PostOcto uses Google and YouTube data

PostOcto asks for YouTube access only when an administrator connects a YouTube channel, and uses the data only to carry out what the team does in the app.

youtube.upload
Upload the videos members choose to publish to the selected channel, and set the cover image a member picks for such a video.
youtube.readonly
Read the channel’s ID, title and thumbnail so it can be shown as a destination, and, for videos uploaded through PostOcto only, check their processing status and read their view, like and comment counts for the Insights page. It does not read the channel’s other videos or the text of comments.
  • Signing in with Google uses only your name and email address to identify you.
  • Tokens are encrypted before they are stored. Google user data is not sold, rented, shared with third parties or used for advertising.
  • An administrator can disconnect a channel in PostOcto, which deletes the stored tokens, and anyone can revoke the app’s access at any time from their Google security settings page
